Acrylic staple fibre quotations in China rose modestly in the week to November, with 3D × 102mm ASF up 1.96% and the finer 1.5D × 38mm grade also gaining 1.96%, as a steep rise in domestic acrylonitrile squeezed fibre producers' margins. Spinning mills, wary of costlier yarn, bought only against confirmed orders, and no single session added more than $0.03/kg, indicating producers nudged offers rather than forcing the market.
