Trelleborg to Acquire US Thermoplastic Composites Specialist Tri-Mack

Trelleborg Group signed an agreement on 21 October 2026 to acquire Tri-Mack, a US specialist in precision-engineered thermoplastic and thermoplastic composite components, to expand its aerospace manufacturing capabilities.
