Corplex Launches Closed-Loop De-Inking Process for Correx Polypropylene Signage

Corplex has introduced a mechanical de-inking process that prints directly onto mono-material Correx polypropylene boards, eliminating glued vinyl and enabling closed-loop recycling. The method restores 70% of recycled material into new boards, up from 20% previously, and extends board reuse to more than ten cycles. CarbonQuota certification confirms an 80% carbon footprint reduction, saving over 3,000 tonnes of CO2 per year.
